Shipping Policy


At Platinum Times we offer fully insured overnight priority shipping free of charge on all domestic (United States of America) orders.


For fully processed and verified payments received prior to 3:00PM CST, we will generally ship your package that same business day. Shipments go out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and if requested, we can offer Saturday delivery in specific cities. If you would like to request a delivery on a specific day of the week, please contact one of our associates before placing your order.


If the item(s) you purchased are located in our shipping center, we will inspect it, pack it and send it to you the same day your payment if processed and verified. In the case that the item is at a location other than our shipping center, one of our associates will contact you once your order is reflected in our system to set the right expectations. Do not hesitate to reach out to us in case you have a special request when it comes to the packaging of your items.


Your order will be inspected by our team, securely packed by our experts, and shipped through a courier as FedEx, UPS or Ferrari Express depending on your location and needs. Orders are shipped to the address you request in the checkout page. All of our packages are insured and packed to the best of our abilities to meet your expectations. A signature will always be requested at the time of delivery or pick up. If you have any special requests regarding shipping terms, please contact one of our associates.


We collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to certain State addresses in accordance with local laws.


As explained in our FAQ, we offer shipping to over 50 countries around the world. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Please contact one of our associates before requesting an international delivery so that we can make sure you are aware of the import process.


Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you review the import regulations implemented by your country before placing an order and contact us if you have any questions or would like to go into more detail with one of our associates.


We are always more than happy to work with our customers to make sure their orders are packed, shipped and delivered according to their needs.
